As a leader of the Electrolux Sales Team for the Lowe's Home Improvement Account, this role is responsible for all Refrigeration and Laundry sales and merchandising activities affiliated with this account. The individual will coordinate all marketing and operational activities in support of these sales efforts. This position requires ensuring that the selling, merchandising, marketing, and operations activities associated with this account align with the overall corporate strategies for each of these functions. The primary goal of this role is to attain all corporate objectives, including volume, forecast, and financial metrics. This position serves as the main point of contact for the Lowe's account, both internally and externally. The essential duties include strategic leadership and development of the Electrolux/Lowe's Sales Team, with profit and loss responsibility for the channel. The individual will be tasked with achieving all corporate and sales goals as set forth by management. This includes creating overall pricing strategies and overseeing their implementation in conjunction with the corresponding Merchandising Teams. The role also involves accurate unit volume, revenue, and financial forecasting, tracking, and communication for the channel. Collaboration with the Merchandising Team is crucial to ensure successful implementation of Electrolux/Lowe's line review and tech review strategies in accordance with organizational goals and objectives. Additionally, the individual will work with the Product Line/Innovation Team to develop sound processes that lead to a robust innovation and generation plan in support of the Lowe's channel. Timely and accurate implementation of all Lowe's sales and merchandising initiatives is essential. Participation in internal groups and committees is required to ensure appropriate levels of coordination across functions and to provide leadership in support of the Lowe's sales channel. The role also involves working with the National Account Operations Team to ensure proper execution of all initiatives, developing and delivering presentations in support of key initiatives, and traveling as necessary to attend internal and external meetings, seminars, and product councils in support of the Lowe's Sales Channel. Market visits may also be necessary to foster a collaborative and rewarding team atmosphere across all channel functions. The individual will utilize and provide leadership to the National Accounts Field Sales team to ensure accurate and timely implementation of all training and projects, while also maintaining data integrity on items such as pricing, VSI, CTS, and item set-up. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
