American Greetings is a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace, and we are excited to invite you to join our team as a Part-Time Merchandiser in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to help people celebrate holidays, each other, and all of life's special moments. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for servicing the American Greetings Department in various retail locations, ensuring that our product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing to customers. The position offers a starting pay of $13.50 per hour, with two scheduled increases during your first year of employment. After six months, your pay will rise to $14.30, and after one year of continued service, it will increase to $15.00. We understand the importance of flexibility in work scheduling, which is why we offer a part-time position with an average of 7 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 15 hours per week around holidays. Additionally, we provide paid training to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. Your primary responsibilities will include merchandising and maintaining all product displays within the greeting card department, as well as other areas of the store as needed. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing effective time management skills to complete your tasks efficiently. Building strong partnerships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours is essential for success in this role. You will also use a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service tasks, managing inventory, and entering your time.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
