About the position

Ultimate Lawn Pros LLC is seeking 1099 Sidewalk Snow Contractors for the winter season to perform snow and ice removal at various business locations. This role requires availability during and after snow events, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, ensuring sidewalks are cleared promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks at various business locations during and after snow events.
• Be available from the onset of each snowfall until all tasks are completed.
• Work during late nights, early mornings, and weekends as required by snowfall timing.

Requirements

• Must know how to shovel snow and use a snow blower.
• Strong work ethic and responsibility when snow falls.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Benefits

• $19.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum
• $75.00 vehicle allowance
• 10% bonus at the end of the season for perfect attendance
