About the position
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their banking needs and providing insights into banking, insurance, and wealth management. This role is essential for building a foundation for a career in financial services, focusing on client interaction and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist them with their banking needs.
- Manage a cash drawer and perform loan and deposit transactions.
- Verify account information for clients.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to guide clients in their banking journey.
- Educate clients on German American products and services.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and listen closely to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and strengthen relationships with clients.
