About the position
The Accelerated Career Track Associate position at BOK Financial is designed for recent graduates seeking to start their careers in financial services. This role involves a comprehensive rotational development program that spans 15-18 months, allowing associates to gain broad-based knowledge and experience across various departments within the organization. The program includes classroom training, on-the-job training, and project work, aimed at enhancing financial, analytical, and technical skills necessary for a successful career in finance, corporate treasury, and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 15-18 month rotational development schedule within the line of business.
- Participate in classroom training and line of business overviews.
- Engage in credit analysis training and case study work.
- Work on projects that have direct impacts and add value to the line of business.
- Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers.
- Receive professional development through one-on-one coaching with ACT management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Completion of 9 hours of accounting courses for Commercial and Wealth Associate roles.
- Excellent leadership skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting for Commercial and Wealth positions.
- Completion of 12 hours of Finance courses for Commercial and Wealth positions.
- Coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or Security for IT and IS positions.
