About the position
Trane Technologies' early career student program internships provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network. Our 12-week summer internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics exposure to variety assignments which could include: New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects. At Trane Technologies, we value our people and their development. Through our student programs, participants will have an opportunity to interview for our full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Accounting/Finance or direct hire opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in challenging assignments related to Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Engage in leadership training and networking opportunities.
- Utilize financial systems and tools for decision making, planning, control, and performance evaluation.
- Work effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
- At least one internship or work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as involvement in campus organizations, sports team captaincy, or exceptional leadership of work projects.
- U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

- Willing to be mobile and relocate to either Davidson, NC or Tyler, TX as assigned.

- Base Pay: $22.00 - $30.69 per hour.
