About the position

The Services Sales Operations Manager (SSOM) intern at Adobe is responsible for driving operational rigor and providing data-driven insights to enhance sales processes. This role involves analyzing current sales operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategies to improve productivity. The intern will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and will create dashboards to monitor performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales operations and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and process efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
  • 0-5 years of exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work.
