About The Position

Trainees will also be responsible for receiving and accurately recording donations, sorting and cleaning merchandise, and stocking items on the sales floor according to company standards. Additionally, the position involves loading and unloading trucks, which is essential for maintaining inventory levels. Flexibility is key in this role, as trainees may be required to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the organization.
