About the position

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GCP and 3DX PLM with a strong background in Operations and Production Management and the Automotive Industry. This role involves driving product development and ensuring alignment with business goals contributing to the company’s growth and innovation. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with business objectives, overseeing the product lifecycle from inception to launch while ensuring timely delivery and quality. In this position, you will provide technical expertise in GCP and 3DX PLM to support product development and optimization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that products meet customer needs. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation will also be a key responsibility. You will develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance of products. Monitoring product performance and user feedback will be crucial, as you will implement improvements as needed. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Automotive Industry, is a must. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency, provide training and support to internal teams and customers on product features and functionalities, and prepare and present product reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product development team will be a vital part of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Demonstrate expertise in GCP and 3DX PLM with hands-on experience in product development.
• Have a strong background in Operations and Production Management preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Show proficiency in project management with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
