In this role, you will work a 3-day schedule from Friday to Sunday, with shifts starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 5:30 PM. Overtime opportunities are available based on business needs, allowing you to maximize your earnings. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.50, which includes a base pay of $18.00 plus a $1.50 shift differential. Additionally, you can earn extra pay through incentive programs and enjoy a referral bonus of $500 for bringing in new talent to our team. Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks as assigned.
• Maintain safety standards and protocols while working in the distribution center.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
