About The Position
The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty plays a crucial role in maximizing sales for the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their individual needs. This position involves assisting guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise while performing short services such as eyebrow and facial waxing, tinting, and other related services. The Brow Waxing Expert is expected to embody the image, products, and culture of the Benefit brand, supporting the Experience Manager through a focus on performance, guest service, and adherence to operational procedures and compliance standards. An active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology is required, along with exceptional guest service skills and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively. In this role, the Brow Waxing Expert is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and service goals, contributing to the store's overall performance related to retail and service sales, and enhancing guest loyalty. They are tasked with ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing their experience, and recommending complementary products and services. The expert will also perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest service experience and drive sales. The position requires the Brow Waxing Expert to stay informed about industry trends, products, and services, ensuring they can provide knowledgeable service to guests. They must maintain regular attendance and contribute to an inclusive environment that supports both teammates and guests. Continuous professional development through training and education is essential to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships. The expert will also be responsible for maintaining operational standards, including cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation procedures, while effectively managing the Brow Bar area and ensuring guest readiness at all times.
