Williams Companies is seeking a Business Analyst I (Finance & Accounting) to join our Professional Development Program (PDP), a rotational program designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the energy industry. This position is based in Houston, Texas, and involves three 12-month rotations across various critical areas within the company, including potential locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The PDP offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and build a professional network while contributing to the company's mission of addressing global energy challenges. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating industry trends, compiling data into comprehensive reports, and making recommendations based on your findings. You will build and distribute reports on production volume, processing margins, and other operational data, while also providing financial modeling and analysis for proposed acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Your role will require a strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations, as well as a thorough understanding of the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the organization or governing agencies. In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to deliver presentations, collaborate with team members and subject matter experts, and support process improvement efforts. The work schedule is generally Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of a hybrid work model.
