About The Position
As a CDL-A Team Van Truckload truck driver with Schneider National, you will be responsible for transporting dry van trailers across all 48 states, primarily handling no-touch freight. This position offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a team, allowing you to share the driving responsibilities with a partner. In this position, you will be compensated through a combination of mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, ensuring that your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Weekly paychecks and performance bonuses are part of the compensation package, with top drivers earning up to $99,000 annually. New drivers can benefit from a sign-on bonus, with experienced drivers receiving up to $2,500 and inexperienced drivers receiving $1,000, both paid in monthly installments. After six months of service, you will also be eligible for paid time off and holiday pay, along with an annual bonus that can reach up to 2% of your gross pay.
