About The Position
Standing Stone Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 98-bed skilled nursing facility that provides both short-term and long-term care programs and services to ensure quality health care for our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in our nursing home, providing daily personal care to residents and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include changing bed linens, maintaining grooming supplies in residents' rooms, and assisting with ambulation and transfers using appropriate assistive devices. You will also be responsible for recording vital signs and other assigned information, as well as observing residents and reporting any changes in their condition.
