The Client Service Manager specializes in client service and communication to ensure the maintenance of an efficient, organized office that allows the advisor to focus their energy on building client relationships. This role serves as a vital liaison between the home office underwriting department, financial advisor, support team, and clients. The Client Service Manager is responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the office and the satisfaction of clients. Specific responsibilities may include maintaining the financial representative's calendar and scheduling follow-up appointments, generating paperwork for insurance applications, and processing incoming insurance service requests from clients, such as address changes, bank changes, loan requests, and ISA service inquiries. The Client Service Manager will also contact clients to set up follow-up meetings, confirm receipt of forms, or request the return of completed forms. Additionally, they will arrange paramedical exams necessary for insurance underwriting and contact clients regarding late payments. The role also involves working with the network office and home office to resolve client account issues, processing client and prospect reservations for marketing events such as seminars, and assisting in the preparation of seminar materials and event mailings. Maintaining current client information for all product lines is also a critical aspect of this position, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
