Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Mid-level Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consultants to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting clients in managing and implementing their Environmental, Health and Safety programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various EHS disciplines, including Management Systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 50000), Written Program Development, Ergonomics, Training, Industrial Hygiene, and Process Safety Management. Familiarity with environmental regulations such as stormwater, wastewater, hazardous waste, solid waste, and air emissions is essential. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including coordinating compliance activities with federal, state, and local regulations, developing risk assessment tools, and creating EHS training content. The consultant will act as an EHS representative for site-related projects, which includes reviewing Management of Change forms, conducting project safety reviews, and overseeing contractors. Additionally, the consultant will assist with incident management, ergonomic assessments, industrial hygiene surveys, and compliance audits. This position requires a proactive approach to support sustainability initiatives and maintain EHS records. Candidates with industry experience in Technology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Bio-tech, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Manufacturing are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHMM, or PE are highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical for success in this role, as the consultant will interface with multiple clients and stakeholders. The position is remote with up to 40% travel expected, primarily within California.
