Electrician - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

About the position

The Electrician position at Caesars Entertainment involves the fabrication and installation of electrical hardware throughout the hotel and casino complex, ensuring compliance with blueprints and verbal instructions. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements of electrical devices, while also managing inventory related to the trade. The Electrician is expected to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to safety and regulatory standards within the casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install electrical hardware according to blueprints and verbal instructions throughout the hotel/casino complex.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or replacements of electrical devices such as smoke detectors and alarms.
• Manage inventory related to electrical trade and ensure proper stocking.
• Operate all company vehicles as required.
• Provide Family Style Service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience as an electrician.
• Knowledge of relevant codes including plumbing, electrical, and fire codes.
• Possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Ability to translate blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Required to meet customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Requires NJ Casino License.
