About The Position
Lake Consolidated Emergency Communications (LakeComm) is seeking a founding Executive Director for a newly established Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Emergency Dispatch agency. This role involves leading the agency in providing consolidated 9-1-1 call answering and emergency dispatch services for multiple municipalities in Lake County, Illinois. The Executive Director will be responsible for building a strong team, managing operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a state-of-the-art facility expected to be operational by mid to late summer of 2025.
