A very fast-growing Title Company with multiple locations in Houston is seeking to expand its team by hiring several positions. The company is looking for dynamic individuals who thrive in a deadline-driven environment. The standard working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM; however, flexibility is required as employees may need to stay later to assist in closing deals when necessary. The company is specifically looking for Escrow Officers who come with a book of business, Escrow Assistants with a minimum of three years of experience in the title industry, as well as Closers, Funders, and Loan Processors. Responsibilities
- Assist in closing deals and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Manage escrow accounts and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the team in various capacities, including processing loans and funding transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the title industry, particularly for Escrow Assistants (minimum of 3 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience as an Escrow Officer with an established book of business is preferred.
- Familiarity with closing processes and documentation requirements.
