About the position
As a Warehouse Manager at JD Logistics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our warehouse in Piscataway, New Jersey. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in the design of warehousing processes and to establish and implement effective warehouse management procedures. This includes developing quality control processes and various indicator systems to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of warehouse operations are met. You will be tasked with implementing and improving the warehouse's rules and regulations, standardizing operating standards and processes, and allocating human resources effectively to enhance work efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning budgets and reducing operational costs. In this role, you will supervise and manage the receipt and delivery of goods, ensuring that inventory management, process quality, and safety protocols are adhered to. You will control the overall error rate within the warehouse and ensure that the operational status of warehousing meets company requirements. Familiarity with project processes is essential, as you will monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse system through effective data management. Customer service is also a key component of this position. You will be expected to handle customer complaints effectively, provide feedback, and maintain service communication through customer visits. Establishing a timely and effective reporting procedure is vital, as you will be required to submit weekly and monthly reports on various warehouse management metrics and conduct operational analyses to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- More than 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
- Experience in warehouse planning.
- Deep understanding of the logistics industry and resources of logistics service providers.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
