Camin Cargo Control is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. This position is crucial for ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for performing sampling, pipeline transfers, inventories, and barge inspections, including line condition surveys. You will conduct vessel inspections under the direct supervision of a Senior Inspector, ensuring that all field assignments conform to company policies and procedures, as well as job-specific instructions provided by the Operations Department. Your role as a company field representative will require you to act in a professional and dignified manner, maintaining the company’s respected and trusted reputation in the industry. In this position, you will be expected to maintain regular contact with the Operations Department to receive work orders and schedules. You will effectively communicate all aspects of your assigned job duties and ensure that you are aligned with the expectations of terminals and vessel/barge personnel. Your responsibilities will include obtaining, labeling, and transporting samples to the laboratory in a timely manner, as well as maintaining assigned inspection equipment in good working order. You will also be responsible for measuring products, performing required field calculations per API Standards, and completing all necessary field documentation to submit reports to the Operations Department promptly.
