While high-rise residential experience is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement for this role. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee masonry projects from estimation to completion.
- Prepare accurate estimates for projects exceeding $500,000.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the masonry industry as an Estimator and/or Project Manager.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Estimate Pro, or equivalent estimation software.
- Experience estimating projects in excess of $500,000.
- Familiarity with masonry materials and techniques such as Range Screens, Terracotta Panels, Air Barriers, Restoration, and Scaffolding.
- High-rise residential experience is a plus, but not required.
