About the position

As a Member Associate in VIP Guest Services at PS, you will provide exceptional luxury hospitality and personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and exceeds expectations. This role involves managing travel itineraries, offering personalized greetings, and providing assistance with luggage and security processes, all while maintaining the highest standards of service in a dynamic airport environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PS guest experiences by having a thorough understanding of travel itinerary and anticipating needs, providing immaculate customer service.
  • Welcome guests with a personalized greeting upon arrival at PS, setting a tone of white glove service from the start.
  • Personally escort members to their Private Suite or our Salon, offering a comprehensive introduction to exclusive features and amenities.
  • Seamlessly handle and process PS customer luggage in accordance with PS airline agreements, with the ability to lift and push up to 70 lbs.
  • Escort guests through PS' on-site airport security with grace and efficiency, and greet members off arriving international flights before escorting them through on-site immigration.
  • Complete a 6-week training program dedicated to reservation mastery and demonstrate competency in all aspects of Member Services VIP Guest Services role post-training.
  • Provide attentive, gracious, and personable service that reflects our commitment to luxury and excellence.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of our high-profile environment, performing additional duties as required to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry-related leadership role preferred.
  • Driver's License in good standing, active for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Experience working with high-end clients in a luxury hospitality setting required.
  • Minimum education requirement of High school Diploma/GED.
  • Fully open schedule availability and flexibility for all positions within our operations departments, including weekends, holidays, and early morning/late evening shifts.
