About The Position
Chrysalis Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hybrid Targeted Case Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will provide essential case management services, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and access the resources they need to improve their well-being. The position offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $40,000 per year for 35 service hours, and the potential to earn up to $56,000 based on performance and additional bonuses. We understand the importance of flexibility in this field, which is why we offer a flexible work schedule to optimize your organization and efficiency when serving clients. Our structured compensation and time-off bonuses are aligned with your performance achievements, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded. As a Targeted Case Manager, you will be assigned a full caseload based on your capabilities and adherence to our caseload guidelines. You will also benefit from group staffings and individual supervision as part of our professional development program, which is designed to support your growth within the organization. We provide resources and support to help you focus on clinical care rather than administrative tasks, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients. Additionally, we offer certification support for Behavioral Health Case Managers, covering 50% of the costs for certification and re-certification.
