About The Position
HiLine Homes is one of the leading “on your site” stick built home builders in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. Our mission is to provide high quality affordable homes for families, giving them a strong equity position. We are currently seeking a Home Sales Consultant for our Poulsbo location. In this role, you will help make dreams come true by assisting potential home buyers through the buying process, which includes guiding them in floor plan selection, finish selections, financial arrangements, and closings. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting model home tours, following up with potential buyers, engaging in event marketing, participating in home shows, and reaching out to Real Estate Agents. Customer service is a key component of this position, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their home buying journey. This position does not require a real estate license, making it accessible for those with a strong sales background. The compensation structure for this role includes a small base salary of $3,500 per month for the first 12 months, with the option to transition to commission-only sooner. Commissions typically range from $40,000 to $150,000 and more annually, depending on performance. Benefits are available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of commission sales experience, a background in construction, customer service experience, and strong computer skills. The work schedule includes rotating model home office days from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.
