As a Part-Time Associate Banker, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and culture, utilizing the latest banking solutions and financial technology to enhance customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients navigate their financial needs, providing tailored education and advice to empower them in managing their money effectively. In this role, you will engage with clients as they enter the branch, ensuring they feel appreciated and valued. You will manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and assist with scheduling or canceling meetings. Your day-to-day tasks will include helping clients with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while ensuring compliance with all banking policies and regulations. You will also educate clients on utilizing self-service technology options, such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, to enhance their banking experience. As an Associate Banker, you will contribute significantly to the branch's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships. You will share product knowledge and solutions with clients and introduce them to our licensed bankers when necessary. Your role may also involve assisting with new account openings and managing branch operations, including cash handling and adhering to bank policies. Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
  • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering a debit card, setting up a direct deposit or helping update their address accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
  • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
  • Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed.
  • Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skills.
