As a Part-Time Experienced Table Games Dealer at Harrah's Northern California, you will play a crucial role in creating an entertaining environment for all guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, friendly, and prompt service while dealing table games. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipating customer needs and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with guests' names and personal facts to enhance their gaming experience. In this role, you will utilize your strong money handling skills to provide chips for guests and ensure compliance with casino rules, procedures, and regulations pertaining to table games. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Table Games Supervisor and security to detect and prevent cheating attempts, as well as identifying any irregularities on the gaming floor. Your knowledge of card games and other services offered at the property will be essential in delivering an exceptional gaming experience. The position requires you to perform various duties traditionally associated with a Table Games Dealer, including maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, managing paperwork, and operating pit equipment. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, often in areas with secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights. This role is vital in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the casino.
