Program Finance Analyst - MMSC / LCS (Full Remote) LMgmt

About the position

The Program Finance Analyst at Lockheed Martin is responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, planning, analysis, and reporting support to the Multi Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) and Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Programs. This role involves tracking contract costs, performing cost/schedule variance analysis, generating financial reports, and collaborating with program Control Account Managers to maintain budget baselines. The position is fully remote, promoting work-life balance and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial management, planning, analysis, and reporting support to MMSC and LCS Programs.
• Track weekly contract costs and perform cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting.
• Generate customer financial reports and update financial outlooks.
• Conduct EAC analysis and identify risks and opportunities to recommend cost containment strategies.
• Collaborate with program Control Account Managers to develop and maintain contract budget baselines.
• Assist in the development of Long Range Plans (LRP) and Operating Plans.
• Prepare Quarterly CSR P&L EACs.

Requirements

• Financial analysis and accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with CES SAP, EVMS toolset (Cobra, PM Compass, Open Plan), and Hyperion system.
• Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
