About the position

The Restaurant Team Member - Back of House at Mendocino Farms is responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and salads while working in various kitchen stations. This role emphasizes a hospitable attitude and a passion for connecting with guests, contributing to a positive dining experience. Team members will participate in a tip pool and have opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, such as prep, dish, garnish, and grill.
• Prepare delicious sandwiches and salads.
• Connect passionately with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Participate in the tip pool as all team members share tips.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Great personality and hospitable attitude.
