El Camino Health is seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncology Systems Analyst II to join our team in Mountain View, CA. This full-time position is integral to the evaluation, deployment, management, and enhancement of clinical Radiation Oncology information systems utilized for both clinical and operational purposes. The successful candidate will work closely with physicists and clinical teams to assess new systems and functionalities, ensuring that hardware and infrastructure requirements are met. This role involves collaboration with other IT Systems Analysts to provide support, training, and assistance as needed. The analyst will focus on various aspects of clinical applications, including application performance, database management, user experience, and subsystem performance. A key responsibility will be consulting with clinical end users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. The analyst will also be tasked with writing and reviewing user manuals that describe system procedures relevant to departmental operations. This position will involve working on moderately complex projects that require a solid understanding of radiation oncology clinical applications to define project requirements, as well as performing data collection and analysis. In addition, the analyst will review, analyze, and modify radiation oncology systems, which includes configuration, testing, debugging, modification, activation, ongoing support, and installation of new applications. Participation in rotating standby support for imaging systems is also expected. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinical systems operate efficiently and effectively, ultimately contributing to the high-quality care that El Camino Health is known for.
