In this position, you will work closely with students, either one-on-one or in group settings, assisting with various moderate to severe scenarios, including personal care, non-verbal communication, and managing challenging or aggressive behaviors in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, supporting resource teachers in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and following directions from lead educators.
