Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and check out all customers.
• Answer the phone with a smile and book appointments.
• Clean and sanitize the salon.
• Keep the lobby clean and clutter-free.
• Wash, dry, fold, and stock towels.
• Perform opening, closing, and hourly cleaning duties.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Dependable and able to multi-task with little direction.
• Customer service experience.
