About the position

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director of Divisional Pricing and Customer Master Administration. This pivotal role involves leading the pricing and customer master resources that are responsible for Division Non-National physician special pricing and customer master administration. The individual will oversee the delivery of pricing and customer master services at the Division level, ensuring that these services meet the needs of stakeholders effectively and efficiently. In this position, the Senior Director will be tasked with the development and implementation of Division-wide processes, activities, systems, and tools that pertain to pricing and customer master administration. A key responsibility will be the management of Division pricing and customer master resources, with an initial focus on centralizing the team and creating a structure that maximizes the team's ability to provide excellent service. This includes preparing the team for an upcoming change in the pricing platform, which will require close collaboration with the National pricing team to ensure a smooth system integration. The role also necessitates extensive collaboration with various stakeholders, including Division finance and commercial teams, to develop and implement pricing decisions. The Senior Director will provide subject matter expertise in pricing strategies and customer administration, ensuring that the Division remains competitive and responsive to market changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of Division-wide processes, activities, systems, and tools related to pricing and customer master.
• Manage Division pricing and customer master resources, focusing on centralizing the team and creating a structure for excellent service delivery.
• Prepare the team for a future change of the pricing platform, collaborating closely with the National pricing team for system integration.
• Collaborate with Division finance and commercial teams in the development and implementation of pricing decisions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in pricing and customer administration.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, organizational structures, and change management required.
• 10+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, MS Word, and intermediate level with MS Excel; proficiency with Alteryx preferred.
• Preferred experience within the laboratory industry, specifically in pricing.
• Preferred location within 35 miles of Burlington or RTP NC as this is a hybrid position.
