Clearmind Technology is seeking talented and intelligent individuals to join our team as Service Desk Analysts or Associate Analysts. This position is ideal for energetic, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a challenging environment and are eager to work with new and exciting technologies. The role involves providing desktop support and deployment for both Windows and Apple systems, maintaining Windows Server environments, and supporting wireless networks using Meraki, Cisco, and Aruba technologies. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for email account maintenance, antivirus management, and backup solutions using Solarwinds MSP Backup and Veeam. The Service Desk Analyst will provide support primarily through phone and email, coordinating with vendors for onsite maintenance and installations. Preventative maintenance on servers and workstations is a key responsibility, which includes performing antivirus updates, Windows updates, and checks on memory and storage. The role also requires remote support for desktop and application-related issues, managing vendor accounts such as Verizon and AT&T, and assisting the team with projects that involve network installations, wireless implementations, and new builds. This position offers exposure to a variety of technologies and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on hospitality, retail, and entertainment sectors.
