In this role, the candidate will implement and oversee the management of an omnichannel ecosystem that integrates personal, non-personal, and digital customer engagement channels. This includes ensuring that operational plans align with brand strategies, enhancing the brand's value proposition through effective omnichannel capabilities, and proactively monitoring and optimizing key activity performance. The Omnichannel Experience Lead will also manage the allocated budget for omnichannel activities, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing resources to meet brand financial and performance goals. Building and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to drive maximum omnichannel value, while also evaluating new technologies and approaches to enhance customer engagement effectiveness.
