About The Position
As an entry-level Lube Technician at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our guests on the road by delivering exceptional customer service while performing essential preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within the automotive service industry, and no prior automotive experience is required. Through our award-winning training program, you will gain hands-on experience in various tasks including changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers, and conducting an 18-point safety check. You will work collaboratively with a team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests, all while enjoying a fun and supportive work environment.
