About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation and Integration Specialist to lead and support our long-term applications strategy centered around Deltek Costpoint. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Costpoint, both for federal and commercial work, and a strong background in integrating and managing various enterprise systems including Concur, Ariba, Oracle EBS, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, particularly in the context of federal compliance and integration with other enterprise applications. The Senior ERP Implementation and Integration Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of Deltek Costpoint for both federal and commercial projects. This includes ensuring seamless integration and interface between Costpoint and other systems such as Concur and Ariba, as well as migrating Costpoint to AWS and working towards achieving FedRamp compliance. The specialist will also provide backend support using MS-SQL for on-premises installations and oversee the upgrade of Costpoint from version 8.0.43 to 8.2. In addition to Costpoint, the role involves extending Ariba to support all vendors internationally, managing data consolidation and cleansing processes, and implementing Oracle EBS Financial Modules to complement Costpoint functionalities. The specialist will also be tasked with replacing existing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and implementing new solutions, as well as managing the implementation of Deltek Replicon for time and attendance tracking. The position requires excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex system integrations and migrations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Deltek Costpoint for federal and commercial work.
• Ensure seamless integration and interface between Costpoint and Concur, Ariba, and other systems.
• Migrate Costpoint to AWS and work towards achieving FedRamp compliance.
• Provide backend support using MS-SQL for on-premises installations.
• Oversee the upgrade of Costpoint from version 8.0.43 to 8.2.
• Extend Ariba to support all vendors internationally.
• Decouple Ariba from SAP S/4 to facilitate the retirement of SAP S/4.
• Manage data consolidation and cleansing processes related to Ariba.
• Analyze and determine the Oracle EBS Financial Modules to implement, ensuring they complement Costpoint functionalities.
• Implement and manage the Oracle EBS Financial Module to support necessary financial functions.
• Replace existing CLM systems and implement new CLM solutions.
• Provide expertise and guidance on CLM implementation and integration.
• Implement Deltek Replicon for time and attendance tracking.
• Develop and execute a migration strategy from legacy Time and Attendance Systems to Replicon.
• Facilitate integration between Costpoint and other systems including Ariba, SAP, time-and-attendance packages, contract lifecycle management packages, and Oracle EBS/Financial.
• Develop and implement migration strategies for various system upgrades and transitions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Deltek Costpoint for both federal and commercial work.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing Costpoint in an AWS environment.
• Strong background in MS-SQL and Oracle backend systems.
• Experience with upgrading Costpoint, specifically from version 8.0.43 to 8.2.
• Expertise in integrating Ariba with other enterprise systems and extending its support for international vendors.
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS Financial Modules and their implementation.
• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and their replacement.
• Background in implementing Deltek Replicon and managing time and attendance systems.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex system integrations and migrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with FedRamp compliance processes.
• Prior experience in decoupling systems such as Ariba from SAP S/4.
• Familiarity with sustaining engineering support for legacy systems.
