About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Enrollment in a master's degree program in rehabilitation counseling or a related field, or a master's degree in a related field.
• 1 year of professional work experience in a related field for Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor position.
• Current Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) credential as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) for full performance level.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Familiarity with Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload, including writing case notes and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Determine eligibility for services.
• Develop employment goals and Individualized Plans for Employment.
• Purchase goods and services as needed for individuals to reach their employment goals.
• Coordinate the resources of the family, community, and specialists.
• Determine case closure.
