About The Position
The ABA Program Manager at Advance Behavioral Therapies is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with autism. This role involves supervising a team of Behavior Technicians, writing and modeling behavior plans, and ensuring the effective application of ABA principles in various settings. The Program Manager will report to BCBA and high-level supervisors, contributing to the positive impact on children's lives through evidence-based practices.
