About The Position

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is responsible for ensuring a high-quality in-store experience for customers. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with others and adapt to various situations.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to promote diversity and inclusion.
