Chetu is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in targeting high-value accounts with personalized engagement strategies aimed at driving impactful revenue growth. As an ABM Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven ABM campaigns across multiple channels, fostering collaboration with sales and operations teams, and measuring success for high-impact accounts. Your efforts will help expand the overall effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. In this position, you will collaborate closely with business development and sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts. You will conduct in-depth research to understand the challenges faced by these accounts, identify key decision-makers, and map their buying journeys. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive hyper-targeted ABM plans that are tailored to the entire sales cycle, which includes creating targeted content, messaging, and campaigns. You will also be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives across various channels, such as social media and retargeting, to enhance brand awareness and engagement among key accounts. Tracking and maintaining dashboards to report on ABM activities and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential, as you will use data to optimize campaigns and report on target metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with corporate marketing functions to fulfill deliverables and manage the budget for the ABM program, which includes spearheading the creation of compelling content and collateral for marketing efforts. Promoting and evangelizing the ABM programs and tools internally with marketing and sales leadership teams will also be a key aspect of your role.
