About the position

The Account Executive, Product Owner Destination Experience Shore Excursions at Royal Caribbean Group is responsible for supporting the Regional Product Development Managers in the management and development of shore excursions and tour programs. This role involves analyzing and maintaining information across various platforms, ensuring effective communication of tour program details, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction through strategic initiatives and comparative analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with product and brand management in the development of shore excursions and special events in assigned regions.
  • Ensure that tour programs are properly and consistently presented.
  • Produce and maintain shore excursion collateral including tour descriptions, contracts, and pricing.
  • Analyze weekly queries from management and report on key performance metrics.
  • Communicate tour content and pricing specifics to internal and external venues for sales and promotional purposes.
  • Provide support to call centers regarding tour programs.
  • Create training documents for presentations within or outside of the organization.
  • Coordinate and review tour content with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle details with tour operators and changes to tour content worksheets and descriptions.
  • Perform site visits and assist in developing shore excursion programs.

Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience in Global Tour Operations or supporting tour program development.
  • Understanding of Global Tour Operations management/IT systems is desirable.
  • Experience with AS400 preferred.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and writing skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends and pricing/cost data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English, with a second language preferred.
