About the position

As an Account Executive (AE) for our growing healthcare client, you will play a pivotal role in connecting families with the right care options as they transition from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. This position is fully remote, allowing you to operate across the United States while being the face of the company in your designated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation and facilitate move-ins to communities from your book of accounts. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring that you are persistent in finding effective approaches to grow each account and help more families find the care they need. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will work diligently to meet your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month. This will involve generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts. You will develop, own, and grow your book of accounts, increasing referral volume in your territory. Networking, cold calling, and conducting service presentations will be essential to cultivate new contacts within each account. Following up with each referral source on discharge outcomes will reinforce the value that our company delivers to families in need of care. Additionally, you will educate families on their care options and collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure that families are successfully moving into communities or hiring in-home care. You will also have the opportunity to pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes in your territory, providing valuable feedback to improve the tools and resources available to you. This role requires a proactive and competitive mindset, as well as strong communication and time management skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
