About the position

As an Account Manager at Acrisure, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure their insurance needs are met with precision and care. You will utilize the Epic agency management system to keep account records accurate and up-to-date, providing exceptional customer service and support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. You will assist in the preparation of proposals, policy renewals, and endorsements, ensuring all documentation is thorough and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operations team to streamline administrative processes and contribute to driving successful outcomes for our clients and the company. Staying informed about industry trends and changes will be crucial to providing clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions. This role requires a balance of independent work and teamwork, adapting to a hybrid work environment with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remote work on Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.
  • Support the development of relationships with clients and learn client business needs.
  • Promote services, design portfolios and solutions for potential clients, advise potential clients, and perform other consultative activities.
  • Work to maintain relationships with other professionals through which the employer indirectly increases its market share.
  • Collaborate with the Producer to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously develop product and client knowledge to engage with customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Currently licensed
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Can manage multi customer related activities simultaneously.
