The Account Manager ensures services provided by MasterCorp Commercial Services (MCS) meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers. This position involves regular customer site visits and inspections to maintain excellent relationships with customers, submitting daily reports based on these visits, and responding promptly to customer communications. The Account Manager will also assist with overseeing payroll, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with supply orders. Continuous communication with Area Managers is essential to ensure services are performed as contracted.
