About the position

The Account Manager position at Arch Advisory Group is an entry-level role focused on business development and client management within the staffing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, driving growth through innovative sales strategies, and achieving key performance metrics set by the sales team leaders. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop contact with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and scheduling in-person meetings.
  • Form and maintain relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and present solutions to potential clients at trade shows and other events.
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly revenue goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of light industrial staffing to answer customer questions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in account management and/or sales initiatives preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of staffing industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel 50% of the time.
