About the position

The Account Manager II at NFP Corp is responsible for managing client relationships in the administration of employee benefits. This role involves onboarding clients, facilitating enrollments, conducting carrier contract analysis, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementations of health and welfare products. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding clients and gathering benefit information.
• Managing the renewal process for employee benefits.
• Developing and maintaining client online enrollment and communications websites.
• Educating support teams for efficient administration of benefit offerings.
• Conducting education meetings to explain benefit offerings and assist with enrollments.
• Obtaining policies and conducting contract reviews for proper installation.
• Creating materials for client presentations and meetings.
• Keeping clients informed of compliance issues affecting health and welfare plans.
• Responding to client inquiries and maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Analyzing claims experience to identify high-cost issues and mitigate risks.
• Working with the placement team to determine the best plans and funding vehicles.
• Providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.
• Participating in finalist presentations and conducting site tours for prospective clients.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in Account/Project Management.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Georgia Life and Health Insurance License.
