About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team working directly under our national sales manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development through effective sales strategies, focusing on autoglass sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Conduct warm or cold calling to potential clients, introducing our products and services while identifying their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Chip Pros tool and software for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on performance and customer satisfaction to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in autoglass sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities in the market and responding accordingly.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
