About the position

The Account Manager / Service Technician role at Mosaic Global involves providing exceptional service to customers in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and sales of commercial dish machines and laundry equipment. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial dish machines and laundry machines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, service contracts, and new sales.
  • Recommend products, equipment, and services to customers to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service requests to minimize downtime for customers.
  • Manage inventory and deliver necessary supplies to customers during service visits.
  • Travel within California to visit customers and manage time effectively between appointments.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Previous technical experience with machinery, particularly commercial dish machines and laundry equipment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within California for customer visits and emergency service requests.
  • Valid driver's license.
