About the position

The Account Manager for Single Family, Electrical Residential Products at ABB is responsible for developing and managing account strategies aimed at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring projects, and resolving customer issues while focusing on the growth of residential product lines across Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.
  • Understanding key business drivers and translating them into impacts and opportunities for ABB.
  • Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account.
  • Defining sales targets and monitoring competitors' activity with the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the residential space.
  • Previous sales experience identifying and supporting new business.
  • Established relationships with electrical contractors and channel partners in the assigned territory.
  • Experience with sales CRM or Salesforce.
